BUT WHO IS DR TADEUSZ NAWROCKI?

I'd like to tell you the story of an incredible man!

Here is a very brief summary of his work.

From a Polish family, Tadeusz was born in the north of France. His father, like many Polish people, works in the mines. From the age of 12, Tadeusz worked on the surface sorting coal, then at the age of 14, he went down to the bottom of the mine.

This was his first professional experience. But he is not destined to be a miner. He had to obtain French nationality to get out of this condition.

It was in this context that he joined the French Navy for six years. The mine and the Navy, two orientations "which were certainly fundamental in the determinism that convinced me to go to medical school".

He joined the École des mousses at the age of 15. An electronic radar technician, an intelligence officer in the middle of the Cold War, Tadeusz secretly diverts ships from Eastern Europe that have weapons for the FLN. It is also in the Navy that he takes his first steps in acupuncture, initiated by the doctors assigned on board ships for four years.

At the age of 18, he " pointed out " his first world tour.

In 1963, he was admitted to the medical school in Lille. A thesis which turns out to be a continuation of his research in the fields of embryology, molecular genetics and cytogenetics. His doctoral thesis, defended in March 1970, gave him the opportunity to invent a technique to avoid neonatal blindness caused by the harmful effects of oxygen therapy on premature babies. Medical anthropology and geographical haematology, inseparable according to him from this scientific vision, are also of great interest to him, and it is in the spirit of reconciling the two that he set up in rural medicine, in December 1970, in Plonévez-du-Faou, a village in southern Finistère.

In the morning in costume for the genetics consultations at the Brest Faculty of Medicine and in wooden clogs and parka in the afternoon, it is in this setting that he co-discovers trisomy by translocation 13-18. It was the subject of his first publication, in 1975. His observations enabled him to highlight chromosomal fragilities specific to Breton anthropology, and he made his first observations of cytogenetic aberrations with electromagnetic nuisance in the military naval personnel of Brest subjected to radar or radioactive radiation.

He also performed acupuncture deliveries in an open clinic in Quimper.

We find him in Peru where he founds an NGO with his children. He will go there regularly for 10 years. The natives witness astonishing scenes, Tadeusz giving birth, in emergency, to women on the platform of a train station with three acupuncture needles.

In the course of his numerous researches, Dr Nawrocki perceives the existence, thanks to the observation of young farmers, of a new growth factor: ribonuclease H. It will be confirmed in the laboratory and then in the USA and China by Pr Mirko Beljanski.

A specialist in the HLA system for 40 years - for which he has been passionate since the discovery by the Nobel Prize winning immunologist Jean Dausset - Dr Nawrocki set up, in the 1990s, complete HLA research as a tool for anthropological and ethnic singularization. Then, in 2015, he created a computer file: the Haplotype (HLA), and carried out work on the HLA-G molecule and the immune tolerance of pregnancy.

Throughout his career, his teachers, partners and collaborators have included: Dr Michel Warnier, Prof Alexandre Minkovski, Prof Lucien Israël, Prof Mirko Beljanski, Prof Denise and Marcel Rivière, Prof Michel Matarrasso, René Thom, Dr Olivier Dubois, and Dr Ronan Le Berre, whose thesis he directed on the first environmental subject studied in medicine in France.

He has 30 scientific publications in the fields of cytogenetics, molecular genetics, medical anthropology, odontology, stomatology and biophysics.

Note :

In the course of his career, Dr. Tadeusz Nawrocki obtained a degree in homeopathy, then different IUDs: cancerology, methodology of clinical drug trials, environment and health, environment and cancer, predictive medicine. He also trained in botanical pharmacology and obtained a university diploma in training and research in medical anthropology DUFRAM. He is also a graduate of the Pavlov Institute in St. Petersburg.
